From Myth to Legend: How Generative AI Can Supercharge Productivity
There is a lot of interest in the DPE world in the usage of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Co-Pilot to help improve developer productivity. In this talk, we explore ideas and applications of AI beyond writing code and see how it can help us maintain codebases, improve build times, manage incidents, root cause bugs, and provide support to truly make developers 10x more productive.
Serdar is the PM Lead for the Developer Platform at Uber. His focus is to measure and identify the developer’s pain points, and prioritize and accelerate key projects to improve developer effectiveness across Uber. He drives several key initiatives (including Devpods) across the platform to reduce friction and improve developer velocity.
