Developer Productivity Engineering Summit COVID-19 Policy
While an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, we are working to take measures to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for event organizers, staff, and attendees at the Developer Productivity Engineering Summit (“DPE Summit”).
Attendees are required to be fully vaccinated* against the COVID-19 at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the DPE Summit. Participants must show proof of vaccination at check-in prior to entering the event. Please have your vaccination documentation available.
We will take additional measures to minimize the risk of exposure which include utilizing outdoor spaces, following enhanced food safety protocols, decreasing congestion in the hallways, providing multiple sanitizing stations, using colored lanyards for attendees to indicate their comfort level with respect to social distancing and physical touch, and more. By attending the DPE Summit, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to follow the guidelines established by the DPE Summit event organizer.
We will follow the guidelines and recommendations of the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the local health authorities. We will update our policy as these guidelines evolve, so check back for updates to our COVID-19 Policy. Please do not attend the Summit if you experience any of the COVID-19 symptoms identified by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on its website. It is important to us to minimize any risk to the health and safety of our attendees, and we appreciate your help and cooperation in making that possible.
You can contact us at [email protected] with any questions or recommendations.
*We define “fully vaccinated” as having received all primary series doses of the COVID-19 vaccine + one booster dose.
